Arts & Worship
It can be hard to find time and space to connect with God. One moment in God’s presence changes everything. During Sunday services, our Arts and Worship Ministry helps us refocus and reconnect with Jesus.
Children's Ministry
We want kids to grow up knowing that following Jesus is normal. Our Children’s Ministry helps them grow in Christ through Biblical teaching they can understand and fun activities they look forward to, week after week.
Community Life events
Our Community Life Events Team is all about getting people involved and connected at Chesapeake. If you’re trying to decide your best next step, they would be honored to help.
CONGREGATIONAL CARE
Our Congregational Care team serves the Chesapeake Church community through Christ-honoring pastoral counseling, hospital & home visits, funeral support, couples mentoring, support groups and prayer.
Food Pantry
Our Food Pantry is about more than just a bag of groceries. We offer our neighbors encouragement, life skills, opportunities, and accountability. It’s about life-changing encounters on both sides of the grocery bag.
MISSIONS
Locally, we serve our community through End Hunger In Calvert County. Globally, we partner with Honduras Compassion Partners to meet practical and spiritual needs. Being involved in missions won’t just change the lives of those you serve; it’ll change you, too.
Classes & Groups
Our Classes & Groups equip families to fully engage with their faith and live it out with passion. Together, we’re striving to be fully devoted followers—disciples—of Jesus.
men's ministry
Chesapeake equips men just like you to become strong, Godly leaders for their families. Summit Men serves our community by offering free oil changes, collecting firewood for under-resourced families, and more.
youth ministry
We help teens navigate one of the toughest seasons of life through real relationships, relevant teaching, service, and lots of fun. We’re passionate about helping middle and high schoolers become fully devoted followers of Jesus who then impact their school and friends.
STEWARDSHIP
Our Stewardship Ministry oversees the monetary resources God entrusts to us. We take fiscal accountability seriously, and this small team manages all budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
