MEN’S MINISTRY
We believe that God has assigned the responsibility of spiritual leadership in the home to men.
We desire to be the hands and feet that Christ has called us to be and a light in Southern Maryland. Through our Men’s Ministry, we want to grow in community, grow closer to one another, lead our families, and most importantly, grow closer to God.
What we Do
Ministry Features
Discipleship
Join us on the second Saturday of every month at 8AM in the Sanctuary. We’ll share breakfast and spend time learning, discussing, and encouraging one another in what it means to be a man of God today. Whether you’re new to faith or have walked with God for years, these gatherings will strengthen your faith and relationships.
Community
Just as iron sharpens iron, we believe men need each other to challenge, equip, and encourage one another to follow God and lead our families. Regardless of your age or background, from businessman to outdoorsman, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with each other and do life together.
SERVING
We believe that men serving together—and alongside their families—helps build stronger families and stronger leaders in both the church and the community. As men, we lead by example. Throughout the year, we host multiple serving events, including Oil Change Day and Firewood for Families, and we encourage you to get involved!

A growing biblical community
OIL CHANGE DAY
Twice a year, we serve single moms and anyone struggling with financial difficulty with a FREE oil change to make sure their car is serviced and running safe.
FIREWOOD FOR FAMILIES
Every spring & winter we get together with our families to chop, stack, and deliver FREE firewood to those in need in our community.
SERVING IN HONDURAS
We love Jesus and love others by serving God’s people. Every year, we send Summit Teams to La Paz, Honduras to serve the community and construction teams to assist with our campus construction. If you’re interested in joining a team, visit hondurascompassion.org/teams.
