SUMMER IN THE PSALMS

The Psalms have been called “the prayer book of the Bible.” We remember that Jesus died on the cross with a psalm on His lips, a prayer to His Father on behalf of a sinful and rebellious world. The Psalms not only, then, speak to the character and will of God, but also teach us how to commune with Him, talk with Him, and, most importantly, listen to Him in the varied circumstances of our lives.

Living Is Christ

Philippians 1:21-30 | Paul expresses his desire to be with Christ but knows his purpose is to help others grow in faith. He encourages us to live in a way that honors the Gospel, standing strong together and enduring hardships for Christ, knowing God is at work in our lives.
