SUMMER IN THE PSALMS

The Psalms have been called “the prayer book of the Bible.” We remember that Jesus died on the cross with a psalm on His lips, a prayer to His Father on behalf of a sinful and rebellious world. The Psalms not only, then, speak to the character and will of God, but also teach us how to commune with Him, talk with Him, and, most importantly, listen to Him in the varied circumstances of our lives.

For I Am With You, Part 1

1 Corinthians 13:1-13 | God's command to not fear is accompanied by a promise: "…for I am with you." Last week we talked about the command to not fear, but this week we will dive into the promise of God. Can we really do this differently than generations past? The apostle Paul thinks so!
