SUMMER IN THE PSALMS

The Psalms have been called “the prayer book of the Bible.” We remember that Jesus died on the cross with a psalm on His lips, a prayer to His Father on behalf of a sinful and rebellious world. The Psalms not only, then, speak to the character and will of God, but also teach us how to commune with Him, talk with Him, and, most importantly, listen to Him in the varied circumstances of our lives.

What If We Were An Overflowing People

Consider all the things that claim to meet and surpass our needs: subscription services, unlimited data, no throttling. Well, God promises His Church that He will pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. What’s it worth to be known as a blessed people? What if we really found out?
