Sermon Series: Rocks and Stones

As Jesus was entering Jerusalem on the day we call “Palm Sunday,” the crowds were proclaiming His Glory. When the Pharisees told Jesus to quiet His followers, Jesus responded by saying, “I tell you, if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.” As we celebrate Profession of Faith Baptisms, we acknowledge that our own hearts of stone become hearts of flesh as we cry out, “Jesus is Lord!”

For Better Or Worse & Communion (1 Corinthians 12:12-26)

Living for Christ and His kingdom is the best life ever. It’s the way God designed life to be lived. Yet it’s not without its share of challenges and pain. But the beauty of life in the Body of Christ is that, for better or worse, we can persevere and even endure together. For though we are many, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are one in Christ.
