Sermon Series: Rocks and Stones

As Jesus was entering Jerusalem on the day we call “Palm Sunday,” the crowds were proclaiming His Glory. When the Pharisees told Jesus to quiet His followers, Jesus responded by saying, “I tell you, if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.” As we celebrate Profession of Faith Baptisms, we acknowledge that our own hearts of stone become hearts of flesh as we cry out, “Jesus is Lord!”

How Do I Forgive When I'm Still So Hurt?

No matter your faith position, forgiveness is something we all want to receive and something we all need to give others. And yet giving it when we're still hurting is hard. We're taught that Jesus forgave as the nails were being driven into Him, but are we supposed to be that forgiving, as well? This week's message covers a question that never goes away.
