Time has revealed more confusion and disagreement about the person of Jesus than can be charted. How can it possibly be that a community of people would worship and believe in a King Who was shamefully crucified? Might there be more to this Man and to the Kingdom He said He was bringing? Who is Jesus?

The Connection
Acts 2:42 describes what marked the community of believers in the early church. Prayer is listed as one of those markers. The act of prayer draws us into an intimate communion with God and with our brothers and sisters. Prayer grows our faith, calms our anxieties, and strengthens our trust in the Father.
