How can it possibly be that a community of people would worship and believe in a King Who was shamefully crucified? Might there be more to this Man and to the Kingdom He said He was bringing? The Other Side Of The Cross
The cross was not a surprise to Jesus. It was not an accident; it was not a tragedy. It was a destination. Jesus was on a timetable from the moment He was born – He knew He had to be dead by three o’clock that day so that all those who would call on His name might be justified before God. Because that moment on the cross was not His final destination. There is life on the other side of the cross.
