ADVENT
In the Christian tradition, Advent is a time of the year where, as Christmas nears, we take time for self-reflection and repentance. We think of Jesus’ promise to one day return and consummate His Kingdom and we ask ourselves, “Are we ready?”. Only, then, in prayer and the study of God’s Word do we find hope, faith, joy, and peace as we celebrate and look forward to the second coming.

FINDING HOPE IN HIS COMING
Luke 21:25-36 - Whether it be because of global events around the world or crises and struggles in our own life, it can be hard to feel optimistic. But the advent season is a time to remember Jesus doesn't call us to put on a good face or try to find the brightside in life. Rather, we are to remember His promises and His works, having confident HOPE that He is coming back to finish what He started.
