Identity Crisis

How do you identify? Do you mean politically? Sexually? Generationally? Musically? Spiritually? This week? Next week? Or last week? For a people who claim we don’t like to be labeled, we have more labels for ourselves
than ever before. No one knows who they are anymore. We’re in an identity crisis. Over the next three weeks we will examine who are, not merely in our eyes – but in the eyes of Christ.

How To Change The World

What happened to us? Growing up, we all dreamed big dreams. We were going to change the world, or at the very least, make a dent. Yet somewhere along the way, the challenges grew and our vision shrank. Changing the world has become such a daunting task that if we’re not wearing ourselves thin doing literally anything and everything, we simply do nothing. Jesus promised that whoever believes in Him would do even greater things than He, so let’s not give up. How can we change the world? By living lives of real impact for Christ. Join us as together we learn how.

#Goals

More than ever we express our lives through “perfect pictures” and “meaningful hashtags.” Behind it all, the imposter syndrome lurks to reveal the ugly truth that not much in life is perfect or full of meaning. Join us as we pull back the façade and expose the truth as we pursue the only goal that can truly satisfy: a life fully devoted to Jesus Christ.

Hey Jude

When reading Jude’s brief letter, two things become abundantly clear: Jude’s passion for believers to live in full devotion to Christ and his passion for reaching the lost. And to whom is Jude addressing his letter? The Church. God’s chosen instrument of redemption in the world today is at the root of it all. So what does this mean for us and our church? Who will we be? Let’s find out together.

The Ten - God's Roadmap For Your Life

Having liberated the Israelites from Egyptian slavery, God’s true desire was that His people would live for Him. And so, God gave us a roadmap for life: The Ten Commandments. A roadmap that not only shows the way to a productive life, but which ultimately shows us the way to our Savior, Jesus Christ.

If God Be For Us

God is always working in the hearts and lives of His people. He is always working for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Even in the midst of challenging times – seasons of change and growth, we can rest in that truth. For nothing – not death, nor life, nor angels, nor the present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing – will be able to separate us from the love of God, Christ Jesus our Lord. If God be for us, who can be against us?

WHAT JESUS DID

Jesus’ earthly ministry was filled with incredible signs and wonders. But there were three things that Jesus did that were especially amazing: The Last Supper and The Crucifixion, both culminating with The Resurrection on Easter weekend. And the beauty of it all is not only what Jesus did – it’s what Jesus still does today.

Dangerous Living

When we live purpose-full lives for Christ, suddenly things are not so safe anymore. It becomes dangerous. From the very beginning, Christians were seen as dangerous. The early church bucked the culture and sought to reverse the status quo. Join us as we spend the next five weeks learning from people in the Bible who impacted the world for Christ by Living Dangerously.

PurposeFULL

From man’s first days, every person has had an inner desire to live a life of purpose, a deep rooted belief that it mattered you were here. And yet the everyday anxieties of life often overwhelm our passion for life, and we find ourselves just “going through the motions.” The Bible is clear, God created us for significance and Kingdom achievement. Join us as we discover (and rediscover) the PurposeFULL Life.

Everybody's Family

Have you ever noticed that a house with a new baby quickly becomes a home filled with excitement? It’s the same in a Biblical Community. Because nothing quite excites a church like new faith. Our mission to reach the lost – and in doing so we renew our own sense of everlasting hope – Christ and Christ alone.

No Re*Solutions

Every New Year we drag out the same old resolutions. And yet nothing ever seems to change. Something’s not working folks. What if this year you made it simple: achieve what God wants you to achieve! Start 2019 by rejecting the RE • SOLUTIONS and instead pursue the REAL SOLUTION found only in life with Christ.

Friends

It’s natural to think of family during Christmas, but often the truth is that we aren't able to be with family during this season. But no matter where we are, we can always have friends around us! That's why when Jesus said to His followers, “I call you My friends,” He was telling them He would be with them always. As we head into Christmas, as a church, let's focus on the friendships Christ has brought into our lives.

Stuff

It used to be “You are what you eat,” but nowadays it’s more like “You are what you own.” As a culture we are overwhelmed with messages telling us that we are defined by our stuff. And, while in our hearts we know it’s not true, we still find ourselves lingering over the seasonal catalogs that fill our mailboxes or the latest Cyber Monday deals online. As we head into the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons, let’s turn our focus to desiring more of Christ. Not more stuff.
