Summer Chill Nights
We know that summertime schedules get busy with vacations, cook-outs, camps, and holidays. After a while, you begin to miss the relationships you spent all year making at Journey Nights. That’s why Peake Youth has a Summer Chill night every single month. Summer Chill Nights are a way for you to stay connected to your small group, leaders, and friends in Peake Youth so that you can continue to grow in your relationship with Jesus and build life-long friendships along the way.
There is nothing boring about Summer Chill Nights because every month is different!! Some months you’ll be headed off campus to catch a baseball game or paddleboard on the Chesapeake Bay while other nights you’ll be staying on campus for water games, worship nights, and lots of other fun activities. No matter where Summer Chills take place, our hope is that they give you a place to connect, grow, and have meaningful conversations with each other and your leaders.
Peake Youth Summer’s Chill Nights are happening on:
- June 28 & 29
- August 2 & July 27
- August 23 & 24

Here are the details for this month’s Summer Chills.
High School Summer Chill
Tuesday, August 23 | 7P – 8:30P
Location: Chesapeake Church
High School: Join us for a live-action, open-world-style survival game on the campus of Chesapeake Church. Come to the Main Auditorium dressed in all black and sneakers (bring a few pairs of white socks!), and invite your friends to this epic outdoor game night!
Teens, this Summer Chill is a great opportunity to invite a friend and let them see what Peake Youth is all about. So be thinking about who in your life you want to invite!
Middle School Summer Chill
Wednesday, August 24 | 7P – 8:30P
Location: Chesapeake Church
Middle School: Bring a friend to Summit Park as we transform it into an all-out Hawaiian Luau! Wear your favorite Hawaiian outfit and invite your friends to join us for yard games, volleyball, and Kona Ice!
This is an easy invitation, so bring a friend or neighbor!

Everyone wants to belong to something, and Peake Youth centers around relationships: relationships with one another and with God. We believe that a full life is a life fully devoted to Jesus Christ.
