The Syrophoenician Woman

In this startling conversation, Jesus and His disciples were traveling along a foreign road when a local woman began calling out to them. The disciples urged Jesus to send her away. And at first glance, Jesus' reply to this woman appears harsh and insensitive. But what if we took a closer look at what Jesus said? Perhaps Jesus’ reply is more gentle than we realize.
