Facilities Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
The Facilities Team Leader is responsible for opening, closing and preparing the building for service. Tasks include but are not limited to: unlocking secured doors, disarming security system, preparing the building for the arrival of guests through Environmental Management (i.e. lights, temperature, and cleanliness) and securing all doors prior to leaving. During service, the Facilities Team Leader shall be positioned in a designated area of the Auditorium in order to remain supportive of the Lead Usher as well as to control the temperature of the Auditorium through a mobile application, which is provided.
Must be punctual and understand the global vision of Environmental Management. Though no prior training or knowledge is necessary, position specific training on building care will be provided.
Monthly: Saturday; 3 – 7 PM
Monthly: Sunday; 7 – 10 AM
Monthly: Sunday; 10 AM – 1 PM
Not required but pursuit of membership is encouraged.
