Financial Peace University 
This course is a 13-week program that begins September 12. This biblically based accountability curriculum will teach us to manage God’s money and resources in a Godly way. It empowers families to make the right financial decisions to achieve their financial goals, teaching them to eliminate debt and build wealth. The cost is $90 per family and scholarships are available. Classes will be offered every day of the week at a variety of times and locations to allow for flexibility in scheduling. FPU Childcare Teams Need You!
Free childcare will be offered five nights a week at the church to support the families who are taking the Financial Peace University class.  We will need 15 volunteers to join the childcare team. To sign up or for more information, email or call the church office at 410-257-0700.

Serving Seniors Cook Day
You are invited to join us in the Auditorium Building kitchen on Saturday, September 11 from 9 AM - 1 PM as we prepare weekly meals for our homebound seniors. For more information or to sign up, stop by THE LINK or call Debbie Weber at 410-257-3444.

Fuel Class
Fill up for your Journey with Christ in this class offered for youth in grades 6 - 8.  This hands-on workshop style class will focus on learning and understanding the fundamentals of your faith, God’s word, and how that plays out in everyday life.  Get FUELed up today!  Class meets for six weeks on Sundays from 9 AM to 10 AM beginning September 19.  To register visit peakeyouth.com. 

Matt’s Place
Matt’s Place is all about having fun while growing deeper in your journey with Christ.  All of our programs and classes are designed for youth in grades 6 - 8.  High schoolers are invited to volunteer to help make the experience fun and engaging for the middle schoolers. Matt’s Place meets Thursdays after school until 5:30 PM, starting September 23. It is FREE, and transportation is provided from most local schools. Whitewater Rafting Deadline
The deadline is Sunday, September 5th! Be a part of our Whitewater Rafting trips! Ride class III & IV rapids on a world class man-made rafting course at Deep Creek Lake. We will worship together that night and return to the church the following day. The Middle School trip is September 10 -11 and the High School trip is September 11 -12. Journey is Coming . . .
It’s the core of Peake Youth. Each week, come enjoy hanging out with your friends, playing games, and journeying together towards a life lived fully for Christ. It’s the place to be for over 150 middle and high school youth each week. Join us beginning September 22 on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 PM here at Chesapeake. Questions? Life Skills Assistants Needed
Do you have a background or life experience in the field of Social Work? If so, we invite you to interview for any one of six volunteer positions on our Like Skills Team at the Food Pantry. Have you lost something? It may be found in our growing collection of interesting items recovered during the past few months. Please check out the Lost & Found table in the glass reception area to retrieve your belongings. Any items left beyond September 7 will be donated to charity.
