What times are your services?

We have three identical services: Saturday at 5 PM and Sunday at 9 & 11 AM. We offer American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation at our Sunday 9 AM service.

Where should I park?

When you come down our driveway, our Traffic Safety Team will direct you. Handicap parking is available.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to the service you want to attend. Then you’ll have enough time to park and get seated before the service.

If you have children, we suggest pre-registering them for our Children’s services through our automated check-in system by clicking here. This will ensure the smoothest check-in process for your family. Visit our Children’s Ministry to check out our full Children’s programming.

What should I wear?

The majority of people dress casual to business casual.

Where do my kids go?

Children who are 6th grade and older should attend the adult service. Children kindergarten through 5th grade are in The Park; 4 - 5 year olds (preschoolers) are in The Tree House; and 2 - 3 year olds are in The Playground. All are located in our Ministry Wing. Infants - 24 months old are in the Little Promises Nursery, across the hall from our auditorium. Members of our Welcome Team are happy to guide you to the appropriate service for your child, should you need assistance.

What if my kids want to stay with me?

Our service is geared towards adults – your little one might find it a bit boring. We believe Church should be an amazing experience for kids, which is why we’ve created stimulating, age-appropriate venues that inspire wonder and passion for knowing and following Christ.

Each week, children enjoy a production of incredible music, hilarious characters and gifted storytellers who present Bible stories in a way kids will remember! Following worship, children experience small group time where relationships are formed with other children and their leaders.

In addition, Little Promises Nursery offers a safe, well-staffed nursery environment filled with love, care and warmth so parents can enjoy a distraction-free worship experience.

If you’re uncomfortable leaving your infant in the nursery, we offer Parents Place – a comfortable setting where you can participate in the adult service via live video feed.

For mothers of newborns, our Mothers Room is also available. This is a quiet and private place where mothers can nurse while still being able to participate in the adult service via live video. (Please, nursing mothers only.)

Do I need to give any money?

No, you’re our guest. Having you here with us is a gift in itself.

What are your services like?

Our services are thought-provoking, creative and worshipful. When we started Chesapeake, it was designed to be the kind of church you’d invite your friends to join, including those who don't like church. We use excellent music, multimedia, drama and relevant, life-changing messages to help equip the church to be God’s hope in the world.

How long are your services?

Our services are about one hour.

How do I get connected?

At Chesapeake, our joy is seeing you get plugged into our family. There are several ways to do so. Fill out a Let Us Know form on our site – we respond to every submission. Or stop by THE LINK after service and ask about getting involved at Chesapeake. THE LINK is located outside the main auditorium doors. You can take our spiritual gifts survey and talk with our staff or a pastor about how to use your gifts and passions to serve. Of course, you’re also welcome to contact us directly and we’ll do everything we can to find your place at Chesapeake.
